The phase 5 vehicles is currenyly being built from 2018 to 2023 by CRRC Nanjing Puzhen in China. The car numbers are 1133-1162 & 1211-1220, in total of 40 vehicles. The phase 5 uses the same colour scheme as the phase 4 vehicles with curvy colour lines. 1211-1220 are trailer cars with no driving cab, similar to phase 2 vehicles. The phase 5 vehicles will completly replace phase 2 vehicles with 10 more cars for increased capacity.
