Tin Wing Stop Sam Shing Stop Tai Tong Road Stop


Sam Shing Stop was built in 1992, which is one of the stations of the first LRT extension. This is a 3 platform turn-back station. With platform 1, 2 for boarding and platform 3 for alighting. The space originally reserved can build 2 more platforms, a new turn-back track and tracks that connect to the west of the station, somewhat similar to Tin Wing Station. New platform originally planned to build besides platform 1 and one on the other side of platform 3. However, the entire expansion plan was scrapped after the station has been opened. Thus leaving a huge unused reserved area as shown in the photos below. All photos are shot on the same day.
